Before We Begin...
Firstly, thank you for finding this page and for considering engaging me as your coach / consultant / mentor, and congratulations for taking the first step on your success journey, by exploring new options and opportunities.
Before we go any further, let's just pause to check on a couple of things...

Contact me to set up a 'Coaching Discovery Chat'. That call is a short, introductory chat that is free and we can make sure that we are a match for each other. Coaching is built on trust, and I only like to work with people who are genuine about improving their situations, open to exploring different perspectives and willing to take action. If, for some reason, the timing is not right for you, we can plan ahead, or if I'm not the right coach for you, maybe I can recommend someone who may be.
Now, Let's Talk About 'The Strategy Session'
What I call a 'Strategy Session' enables you to sit down over a cuppa (in person or via the internet) and chat about your story and discover what's not yet working the way you want it to be - let's define what is it that you would really like to change?
This session is to allow you and me to get to know each other and to make sure that we want to work together. As a guideline, it typically goes for up to 60 minutes, so you can define your problems, obstacles and opportunities. There is no obligation for you to purchase further coaching - we only continue if we both agree it's a match and we agree on a method and a fee to suit your budget.
We will then develop a strategic plan to work together on the areas that we agree merit your prioritised focus and attention. In other words, we'll determine the outcome you want to achieve and reverse engineer a plan to help you work towards that end.
Sometimes, these outcomes may be achieved in as few as one or two sessions. For longer projects, we may schedule regular meetings to keep you accountable to do the work required and on track towards your objectives. For legal and insurance reasons to protect us both, we will have a written agreement.
Methods of coaching will depend on time and geographical considerations. I have coached clients around the world via instant messaging, or by even telephone. If we are close by, we can schedule face-to-face sessions. I also run occasional group coaching sessions in seminars or workshops. I'm currently developing online modules to make it even easier for my clients. Frequency and duration of sessions may vary to suit you as well. This is why we need to chat first, to see what will work best for you.
Our work together is confidential, other than where you agree to allow me to use testimonials or voluntary case studies, so that I can help other potential clients with similar challenges to your own.
Your investment in the 'Discovery Session' is $165.00 (AUD including GST) and I will give you follow up notes from our discussion.
Meetings can be one-to-one, or with couples,
or I can also work with teams.
